My first attempt with caviar nail art. It wasn’t too difficult, just took a while to cover each nail. I’m hooked and can’t wait to order more microbeads! More caviar nails to come! - Theresa

About:

Barbara, Kate, and Theresa have finally launched the long awaited nail blog - Chip and Nail. Focused on our nail adventures, we are not at all professionals, but young ladies in the city that enjoy painting our nails in new and fun style. With three unique yet lively personalities, we are hoping for Chip and Nail to inspire fellow nail fanatics.

After years of teenage nail biting, Barbara Houdayer - aka Babs - converted to nail polish at age 14. Barbara loves bold colors and hates sheet marks. She is currently obsessed with skiing (she just moved to Geneva), puppies, and Swiss wine.

Blessed with deep nail beds and strong enamel, Kate Hyatt’s nail polish tendencies resemble her A.D.D. infused personality. Kate’s current obsessions include but are not limited to: planning fantasy vacations, gin cocktails and talking to strangers.

Theresa Ganchorre is the co-founder and one-third of Chip ‘n’ Nail. Coming from a background of fashion, design, and merchandising, Theresa is currently obsessed with Japanese nail art, Swedish candy, and Scottish fold cats.
